Cause & Effect Analysis -
- In order that the right decisions can be made regarding the ongoing strategy of your department and business, the correlation between the cause of a problem and its effect on other areas of the business is critical, so that a financially justified programme of improvement can be agreed.
- This can be intra-departmental, for example the effect of stock control on MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), the system allows you to make a direct connection between the KPIs, it will then analyse the relationship between the KPIs, by strength, relevance and time.
- This can also stretch across into all other departments enabling a correlation to be made between the Operational and Engineering side of the business and financial metrics, sales, share prices etc. This can enable immediate visibility of process bottle necks.
